Live eftpos was developed with you in mind and we understand that the needs of a small business may change over time.
So, we’ve made sure that there are no annual fees, no sign-up fees, no hidden charges and we have a no lock-in contract policy.
Surcharging can be enabled across all card types by requesting upon application or by contacting Customer Support.
Our most recent plugin enables businesses to surcharge customers depending on card type, the surcharge rate enabled will match the business’ Merchant Service Fee (MSF).
Live eftpos is a “pay as you go” system that has one monthly charge and a processing fee per transaction.
These fees are calculated based on the volume of transactions you put through your device.
The more you transact, the less you pay. We assess and review your fees as your volume changes.
With Live eftpos, your business is able to process payments and earn Qantas Points* through a Live eftpos Integrated device, Mobile device, Virtual Terminal, and eCommerce platform.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS ^Fees are subject to the Fee Free EFTPOS Terms and Conditions.**Fee only applicable to specific industries (Charity, Education, Utility Providers, Insurance, Service Station, Supermarket / Grocery Store, Transit)*A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for business. A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies, however, this will be waived for Live eftpos customers that join via https://www.qantasbusinessrewards.com/liveeftposfree. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. Qantas Points for business are offered under the Live eftpos Terms and Conditions. Members will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $25 transacted (including GST) via the Live eftpos Merchant facility for Visa, MasterCard, Debit (EFTPOS) and American Express transactions (effective 1 October 2017). Any claims in relation to Qantas Points under this offer must be made directly to Live eftpos by calling 1300 780 788 or emailing support@liveeftpos.com.au. Qantas Points will be credited to the Members’ Business Rewards account within 60 days of receiving your End of Month Merchant Statement from Live eftpos. Qantas Points cannot be retrospectively claimed for existing customers and can only be earned once Live eftpos has been provided with the merchant’s Qantas Business Reward number.
